The transformation journey that my clients will experience through personal growth coaching is not a linear march from 'broken to fixed.' It's a mythic return to themselves—a remembering, an unbinding, and a reclamation. What they undergo with me in this self-reclamation coaching is a full-body, full story metamorphosis that touches identity, emotion, boundaries, and the way they navigate the world. The journey begins by stepping out of the trauma-informed coaching lens. Clients arrive carrying the weight of old narratives—the fishbowl distortions, the inherited scripts, and the survival patterns that once kept them safe but now keep them small. The first transformation is sight: They begin to notice the difference between who they are and who they were taught to be. They learn to name the fog, the freeze, the fawn, the guilt, the shrinking. They often feel for the first time that nothing is 'wrong' with them—they have simply been living through a lens that wasn't theirs. This phase is a soft awakening, a gentle turning toward themselves. Next is the unbinding—the releasing of the old contracts. Once they see clearly, the next step is permission. Clients will begin to loosen their grip on old identities, question the rules they never agreed to, release the emotional contracts that kept them over-giving, over-performing, or over-explaining, and recognize where their boundaries were never allowed to exist. Here, they meet their inner protectors—the phoenix of rage, the serpent of grief, the blowfish of boundaries—and learn that every emotion has been trying to help them survive. This is where they stop fighting themselves and start listening. The next step is the reclamation: returning to the glittering self. This is at the heart of your work. Clients begin to reclaim the parts of themselves that were exiled, shamed, or silenced. They slowly rediscover their voice, desires, preferences, joy, agency, and magic. They will learn to choose themselves without apology, speak boundaries without guilt, and trust their inner compass instead of seeking external approval. This is where they begin to feel alive again—not performing, not pleasing, but simply being. The next step is the embodiment: living authentically in daily life. Transformation becomes real when it is lived. Clients will start to make decisions authentically instead of from fear, build relationships that honor their truth, create rituals that support their nervous system, move through conflict with clarity instead of collapse, take up space without shrinking, and experience joy without waiting for permission. This is where they will stop 'trying to be authentic' and simply are. Last but not least is the return: becoming the author of their own life. By the end of their journey with you, clients don't just feel different—they are different. They return to their lives with a rewritten time prophecy, a grounded sense of sovereignty, a deep trust in their own voice, and a relationship with their emotions as allies. Best of all, they live a life on their own terms, not inherited from anyone else’s expectations. They become the author, not the character; the chooser, not the chosen; the sovereign, not the survivor. The essence of their transformation, if distilled into one truth, is that clients leave freedom coaching not as a new version of themselves, but as the version they were always meant to be. The heartbeat of freedom coaching is the reclamation of self-belonging—the moment a person steps back into authorship of their own life. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A ONE SIZE FITS ALL; MY SERVICES CAN BE TAILORED TO BETTER FIT IF YOU ARE TRULY INTERESTED AND WILLING TO PUT THE TIME AND ACCOUNTABILITY INTO YOURSELF.
